How to Produce Spout Pouches and Ensure Quality

Precise spout package bags need a large factory equipped with heavy and expensive machines to produce. The service of these heavy machines is needed to convert raw materials into spout bags.

The question often asked by curious individuals or customers is, "How is the spout bag made?" Most factories will protect their procedures of making methods.

It is impossible to know what entered the manufacturing plant, but it should be noted that this is not impossible. General details are available, but details seem to be an impossible task.

The main raw material of sachet is PMS. Heavy machinery converts petroleum into plastic sheets through a series of chemical reactions accomplished by heating.

The finished product of the machine is a plastic sheet, which can be combined with aluminum foil and some other raw materials to produce cooking bags, such as stand up bags, three side seal bags, transparent bags, etc.

After forming the gussets, the next step is to seal vertically next to the bag, aligning the pouch in the same area to close the ends and reduce the thickness level.

Then the machine sealed the bottom fold, which should hold the gussets at both ends together. After this, the bag is vertically separated by the center of one side of the seal to create the container appearance of the spout pouch. This is how the spout bag is made.

However, this is not the final stage because the empty spout bag must be moved to the next workstation, where the bag will be filled with the final product or where it will be packaged in a carton for delivery to the end customers.
